Dominique Barnes-Carn is entering his third year coaching at his alma mater. At Dear Langston, Barnes-Carn will continue to serve as a graduate assistant in charge of the defensive backs.

Barnes-Carn played defensive back for Langston University from 2008-2013. Barnes-Carn has been a played/coached on conference-championship teams from 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2014. He played his high school football at Midwest City High School in Midwest City, Okla.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Langston University in May 2013. He will graduate in May 2017 with his Master of Arts degree in Urban Education. Barnes-Carn is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc
