Lady Lions Fall to Louisiana College 65-64

Box Score LANGSTON – The Langston University Lady Lions fell short on Monday night, 65-64, to Louisiana College to move to 2-1 on the season inside the C.F. Gayles Field House.

Trailing 65-64, the Lady Lions had the final possession but the go-ahead bucket by Taliyah Harris fell short as time expired giving the Lady Wildcats the 65-64 victory.

Adia Rogers led Langston in scoring with 16 points followed by Asheika Alexander and Grace Williams who both chipped in 11 points apiece.

Langston (2-1) hosts Kansas Christian on Thursday, Nov. 4. Tip-off set for 5:30 p.m.
