Lady Lions Score 106 in Win Over Kansas Christian

Box Score LANGSTON – The Langston University Lady Lions improved to 3-1 on the season after defeating Kansas Christian 106-55 on Thursday night in the C.F. Gayles Field House.

The Lady Lions built a 50-32 halftime advantage before widening the gap in the third and fourth quarters, outscoring the Falcons 29-17 and 27-6 enroute to a 106-55 victory.

Five players scored in double figures on the night with Taliyah Harris leading the way with 21 points. Asheika Alexander added 20 points, Grace Williams finished with 15 and Jade Spence and Adia Rogers both tallied 11 points apiece. Jaliyah Sampson finished with a team-high 12 rebounds.

Langston (3-1) faces Bacone College at home on Saturday, Nov. 6. Game time is set for 6 p.m.
