Men's Basketball Falls to JBU

SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. – Four players scored in double figures, but the Langston Lions came up short 101-56 to John Brown University on Thursday evening at Bill George Arena.

LaCorian Ballard led all scorers with 13, Naythan Shaw-Clark added 12, Armani Allen finished with 11 and Carlos Coppage chipped in 10 for Langston.

Overall the Lions hits 35 percent (16-of-45) on the night and hit 20-of-30 free throw attempts.

Langston (1-17, 0-13 SAC) hosts Oklahoma City on Saturday, Jan. 22. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
