CHICKASHA – Four players scored in double figures as the Langston University Lady Lions knocked the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma 71-57 on Monday night.
The Lady Lions led 35-24 at halftime and outscored the Drovers 36-33 the rest of the way to pick up their 11th win on the season and 6-2 in the Sooner Athletic Conference.
Asheika Alexander and
Taliyah Harris anchored the Lady Lions attack with 17 points apiece.
Grace Williams added 14 and
Jada Spence finished with 10 points on the night.
Langston (11-3, 6-2 SAC) hosts the University of North Texas at Dallas at home on Thursday, Jan. 6. Game time is set for 6 p.m.
