Lady Lions Drop DH to Arkansas Baptist

LANGSTON – The Langston Lady Lions fell short 16-9 and 10-2 to Arkansas Baptist on Saturday, Feb. 25 at T.G. Green Park.

In the opener, Langston built a 7-1 lead entering the fifth inning. The Buffaloes countered with a nine-run top half of the fifth inning to soar in front 10-7. The Lady Lions tacked on one run in the bottom of the fifth trailing 10-8.

Arkansas Baptist tacked on six runs in the top of the seventh, to take the first game 16-9.
