Lady Lions Roll UNT-Dallas 84-47

DALLAS, Texas – Kameron Shelley scored a team-high 15 points, leading the Langston University Lady Lions to victory over the UNT-Dallas Trailblazers 84-47 on Saturday.

With the victory the Lady Lions are now 17-4 overall and 12-3 in the Sooner Athletic Conference. Kamesha Moore added 14, Mattie Boyd chipped in 11 and Makayla Transou tallied 10 points to round out the double-digit scorers.

Collectively, the Lady Lions hit 43 percent (28-of-64) for the game and held the Trailblazers to 22 percent (12-of-51) and forced 13 turnovers.

Langston (17-4, 12-3 SAC) returns home next Thursday to host Mid-America Christian at 6 p.m.
