Football Unveils 2026 Schedule

LANGSTON – Langston University head football coach Calvin Miller unveiled the upcoming 2026 football schedule, which features five home games at W.E. Anderson Stadium and five road contests.

The season kicks off on September 5th in a Sooner Athletic conference matchup at Louisiana Christian in Pineville, La. Game time is slated for 6 p.m. for the season opener.

The following week the Lions continue their road trek with a non-conference matchup versus Lincoln (Mo.) University on September 12th at 6 p.m. in Jefferson City, Mo.

The month of September concludes with Langston's first home matchup on September 19th versus Texas College at 6 p.m. and a road matchup at Arkansas Baptist on September 26th at 6 p.m.

October begins with a road trip to Surprise, Ariz. versus Ottawa-Arizona on October 3rd at 7 pm MST. The Lions return home for three straight contests beginning with the October 17th homecoming matchup versus Wayland Baptist at 2 p.m. Langston also hosts Texas Wesleyan on October 24th at 2 p.m. and NCAA DII Northeastern State in a non-conference matchup on October 31st at 2 p.m.

Langston hosts Nelson University on November 7th at 4 p.m. and concludes the regular season on November 14th at Panhandle State in Goodwell, Okla.
