Box Score LANGSTON - The Langston University Lions set a single game record for points scored Saturday night as they knocked off Arkansas Baptist 85-6 at W.E. Anderson Stadium.
Langston jumped out to a 22-0 lead after the first quarter which featured two touchdown passes and one rushing touchdown from
RaQuon Washington. Washington finished the day nine-for-12 for 205 yards with four passing touchdowns and picked up 91 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.
Washington tied the single game touchdown record of eight set by former Lions' quarterback Jaylen Lowe back in 2018 versus Texas College.
Ger'Kerry Washington led all rushers with 153 yards on 17 carries and
Travis Romar led all receivers with two receptions for 64 yards and one touchdown.
Langston (4-0, 3-0 SAC) travels to face Lyon College on Saturday, Oct. 2. Kickoff time is set for 2 p.m.
