Eagles Defeat Men's Basketball 92-75

LANGSTON – Four players scored in double-digit figures for the Langston University Lions, but the Lions ultimately fell short 92-75 to Southwestern Christian on Thursday evening.

Armani Allen led Langston in scoring with 21 points followed by Naythan Shaw-Clark's 18 points. Carlos Coppage finished with 15 points in his first action of the season and Jamaal Clifton rounded out the scoring leaders with 11.

Collectively, Langston hit 38 percent (30-of-78) from the field and finished 10-of-20 from the free throw line.

Langston (1-15, 0-11 SAC) travels to face Mid-America Christian on Saturday, Jan. 15. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
