MACU Edges Men's Basketball 73-65

LANGSTON – Three players scored in double-digit figures for Langston University, but the Lions came up short 73-65 to Mid-America Christian on Saturday, Jan. 15.

Armani Allen led Langston in scoring with 17 points followed by LaCorian Ballard (16 points) and Carlos Coppage (10 points). On the afternoon, the Lions hit 43 percent (27-of-62) overall and finished five-of-eight from the free throw line.

Langston (1-16, 0-12 SAC) travels to face John Brown University on Thursday, Jan. 20. Game time is set for 8 p.m.
